Make a Fingerprint Appointment with Prometric

On the website www.Prometric.com:

• Click on TEST TAKERS – Find My Exam
• Type “Utah” in the search box
• When the Utah Insurance paragraph comes up, click on “READ MORE”
• Choose option 1 “Schedule a test center exam appointment”
• Read the policy and consent pages and move forward by pressing the green arrow
• Use the dropdown box under “exam selection” to choose the “fingerprint” option
• Use the zip code “84770” in the search box to find the St. George Prometric Center
• Use the calendar selector tool to select an available date/time
• Pay the $6 fee
